yes you are still eating fried food. criso is technically vegan but it is hydrogenated which is bad.

I don't think a vegan can possible have high cholesterol- you get that from animal fat. Also, if your worried about that, you might be eating too much fried food, which is very fattening. Eat fried food in moderation.

yes because if the veggie is stir fried that means they cook it in oil. Too much oil does cause high cholesterol.
