It's possible, but it is also possible to not have your period for three months. I t happened to me last year. I was sure I was pregnant even though all the test were negative, but when the doc did a sono, there was nothing there. My body was just messed up. He put me on progesterone and my period came back just fine.

I'm glad you asked this cuz people don't know about these things until it happens to them. I'm now 8 months pregnant, guess what, had no indication until I was 4 months. I've had a history of irregular periods, and the what I thought was my period being weird those 4 months was actually implantation bleeding. Even my doctors were like it's rare but it happens, about people not knowing until that late. So take it from someone who has experienced it. Oh, my pregnancy tests were negative until the 4th month. Just go to the doctor and get tested stop taking others advice like I did about pregnancy tests and all that crap. If you're not pregnant they can see what else is up.

You could be stressing out too much to have a period. I would say if you'd the 3 months at this point, the chances are VERY SLIM, i'm thinking like less than 1% that the pregnancy tests are wrong.
At 3 months u would also be experiencing some pregnancy symptoms. While some pregnant women have easy pregnancies, they do not go through them complete symptom-free. At this point, your boobs would be larger, u'd have gained at least 5 lbs, you'd have experienced heavy bouts of fatigue up through a month ago, as well as an enhanced sense of smell, and/or nausea. Your appetite would have increased and your breasts would be tender, your areolas would be darker, the list goes on and on.
Talk to your OB/GYN, they can do a blood test to completely rule it out, and also see what could be causing you to miss your period.

I was 5 and a half months pregnant before I found out (just over 6 months now). I found out because I thought I had appendicitis, but turned out to be a pregnancy. My periods were never regular. I had started a new birth control and was on it when I got pregnant. I had no signs. I would just advise you get a urine or blood test done with your doctor. I think you can even get it done at a Planned Parenthood if you have one in your area.

There have been cases where some women didn't find out that they were pregnant until they went to the hospital in labour. This is very rare and were usually really fat women who couldn't tell they were pregnant by looking at them anyway. But for the other cases, where a woman was on birth control, and it failed without her knowing, they usually find out by a maximum of 4 months later. So, yes, it is possible that you could be pregnant without any symptoms other than no period. Whether pregnant or not though, You should see your doctor about this.

The best thing to do is visit your doctors office. I would think that a pregnancy test would detect a pregnancy at 3 months, but maybe a blood test would be better. Also, stress and stuff like that an cause your period to stop. Hope this helps.

If you have taken two pregnancy tests, and they are both negative, you are most likely not pregnant. Those tests are very accurate.
To answer your first question, though, I was almost 3 months pregnant before I found out. I had some mild symptoms, but I ignored them, since I had my period still!

You can get false negatives on tests you cant get a false positive! Being pregnant and not knowing possible I knew a girl had thought she might be pregnant in her mind she was only a month late( one missed period) She had a dating scan and she was nearly 7 months! I would got to your doctors.

yes you could be, if you have already taken a home pregnancy test and it was negative I would suggest doing a doctors test and maybe a blood test. Whatever the situation though I would reccommend speaking to your doctor as there maybe an underlying problem there that needs sorting out.
Good luck hun

Not very likely, but certainly possible. I've had two pregnancies that didn't test positive for a while. With one son, it took a couple of months to get a positive and with one daughter, it took five months! That's crazy and I don't know why. That's not the norm. Keep testing and make an appt with your gyn. :)
