I'm a student at Axia college of the University of Phoenix, this past January I told my academic advisor I wanted to change my major from IT to Criminal Justice. I was told by her that I could not do so at that time because the colleges were transferring over from Western International University to the Univ of Phoenix. They claimed that too much time would lapse between the transfers to keep my financial aid and that I had already taken too many IT classes to transfer. 7 weeks into my next IT class I asked again why I could not have switched explaining that it would not have effected my credits, Studdering she realized she had made a mistake and I could have transferred and she didn't know how she could have made that mistake and would get with her supervisor and would get back with me. Her supervisor said she would gladly switch me to CJ but I have to repay $1700 for the 2 classes that I just completed. Now they are claiming that I did not get back to them to switch. I need a lawyer

ing the zoom lenses. Right away i saw that you cannot zoom very well the the lense it comes with so i went and bought a canon 75-300 zoom lense. i went to the zoo this weekend and was a little frustrated with the fact that for alot of pictures( people pictues within 10-15 feet) i had to back way up to focus or had to keep changing the lenses. In a crowed zoo it was a hassle. To me it would have been much easier with a point and shoot. My sister had a canon powershot s3is with a 12x optical zoom and i thought, that would be much easier. so my question is, dont most photographers carry around more than one camera, and is there a zoom lense that you dont have to keep taking off for closer pictures. If i buy a point and shoot it will cost me around 400.00 more or less, maybe the price of a zoom lense that you can use close up and faraway. i know that alot of the lenses cost thousands of dollars, but i would leave those to the pros. thank you everybody!!

I am pregnant, and I can't figure out how it works with what week you're in. I am currently 10 weeks and 2 days along - when I look at pregnancy websites, does this mean I am in Week 10 (because I'm 10 weeks and a bit) or Week 11 (because I've passed the 10 week mark and am into the 11th week). I know this is confusing, but I'd really like to know where I am so I can get accurate info on what's happening inside me!

For at least three days now she has been going under the couch and thats where i'll find her in the morning, she's fixed but acting very strange. She's not eating the food thats on recall not that i know of cause i'm feeding her whiskas. Dismorning though i had to drag her out from under the couch myself, and when i got her out from under th couch she had these shivers. What does it mean when a cat shivers??? Is there something wrong with her??? She keeps on watching my boyfriends so i feel like he probably got mad at her when i wasn't around yesturday. Please help me find out whats wrong with my cat???

I love my b'friend to bits and I know he loves me but the problem is neither of us are sold on the marriage front mainly because of the expense, but I want the commitment that marriage gives.
So has anyone got any ideas on what we can do to 'get married' without actually getting married, if that makes sense!
We don't want anything big or even official by law, just something that shows to family, friends and each other how we feel.

The birth control wouldn't seriously hurt the baby if I were to be pregnant would it? I mean I'm still taking it just in case. But I'm just curious. I'm so confused. I'd feel horrible if I am pregnant and I'm hurting the baby.
