ive heard that juices are'nt all that great either, and the artificial sweeteners are terrible. i dont trust them.

2. Fluid in urine eliminates metabolic waste products.
3. Fluid in sweat dissipates heat through the skin.

At the end of the day, you should have consumed more water than any other liquids.

well soda would be one of the worst drinks, not best. juices are healthy when consumed in small quantities as they are high in sugars also. people with high body fat shouldn't even drink that much juice as their body's are already displaying an inability to metabolize sugars properly.

water is and always will be the best liquid to drink

Water!
Soda isnt healthy, it contains a lot of sugar/sweetners.
Smoothies are also good, but only buy ones which are 100% fruit.

#1 is Water. Then freshly squeezed orange juice and milk and also tea.

fruit juices,1% milk,water,plain tea,decaffeinated clear coffee
you can get juices with their own natural sugars just look on the label next time you go shopping
