Yes, now is ideal time as the weather is heating up and the breezes are around- if you're coming for the beaches. I wouldn' venture here past the end of June, beginning of July unless you have vacation insurance (hurricanes).

I've been a South Florida resident for 12 years. The best time is between November and April. At other times it's very humid, as well as the danger of hurricanes.

Now it's just starting to get hot. hurricane season starts 1 June.
