Who created the IQ test would be a determining factor in it's outcome. Why put yourself on the cross built by those who might want to persecute you. If you decided to build a cross for yourself wouldn't you include padded foot and hand restraints an mp3 player.

We might ask "which white people compared to which black people," or "is the test that determined the IQ slanted in favor of white cultural norms," but that sort of fact-seeking behavior would probably throw your premise into a ****** hat.
