I'm 15, 5 feet 10 inches tall, male, and weigh 155 pounds. I have a pretty developed chest and OK muscles on my arms. I run quite a lot (3 days a week) so my legs are quite muscular.
About how many calories and fat calories should i be taking in to stay at my weight, along with exercise.
I am lifting weights and running at least 1.5 miles 3x a week.
It doesn't have to be perfect, but I think 2000 is too much.
Oh, and I walk about 1.2 miles EVERYDAY between classes at school (yeah, it's a big as* school).
