Have it put off for a different judge(by your lawyer)...If you are talking about judges in general, sorry...There isn't much you can do about it in a divorce case, which is what it sounds like...

The Judge... as in Court Judge... if you are then I feel sorry for you. All you can do is go in and mind your p & q's...
