I'm 15, 5 feet 10 inches tall, male, and weigh 155 pounds. I have a pretty developed chest and OK muscles on my arms. I run quite a lot (3 days a week) so my legs are quite muscular.

About how many calories and fat calories should i be taking in to stay at my weight, along with exercise.

I am lifting weights and running at least 1.5 miles 3x a week.

It doesn't have to be perfect, but I think 2000 is too much.

Oh, and I walk about 1.2 miles EVERYDAY between classes at school (yeah, it's a big as* school).

take your weight and multiple by 10. that is about the calories you need in addition to the fact you are growing and 100 calories per mile you run. then you take the number you multiplied by 10 and multiply it by 1.2 to 1.8 depending on your activity level. i would say 1.8 because your 15. get the book called "the equation" it goes through everything or any of the "men's health" books are pretty good too. do you want more development or less?

I wouldent worry about the exact calorie intake u have. Your boday will tell you when it need to eat, and when to stop. Listen to your body. Eat when ur hungry, or need an energy boost. Don't fall for thoes siet charts and all that crap. Listen to urself.
