My fiance and I are going to dance our first dance as Husband and Wife to "This I swear " by Nick Lachey. After the second verse is finsished we want the DJ to play like 10 seconds of scrambled music (like he messed up the song, but really its all an act), then cut in with "The way you make me feel" by Michael Jackson, then we will dance a rehersed dance. We think this will be a really cool idea to get the guests in party mode. Do you think thsi is a good idea?

I am currently considering buying a townhome. I happened to be driving by one day, saw an open house, so went inside and took a look.

It turns out that the owner/seller of the home is also a realtor (she's selling it after she got engaged and never lived there). I looked into it a bit, and I think I'm very interested in the townhome.

Now, my question - should I use my own realtor to engage in price negotiations with the seller/realtor? Is there any benefit to sending in my own realtor to do this, as opposed to trying to do it myself? It turns out that I have a friend that just received her realtor's license (about a week ago). She's used some tools through her company to do things like a comparative market analysis (see what identical homes in the area recently sold for, versus what the asking price was). While she's definitely a rookie, I'm wondering if being approached by another realtor could help me drive down the negotiated price.

Anybody with an opinion?

weird question. But in the bible it says women should dress as women should, and men should dress as men should. It means men and women aren't supose to dress in their opposite gender's clothing. Men aren't supose to wear girl jeans.

This behaviour is tantamount to criminal negligence. He who has the power to disseminate his message to all the world, in all languages simultaneously, entrusted his message to a tiny group of a tiny ethnic group and expected this to be spread as the "gospel" of truth everywhere. He should have known that he was inciting to hate and war by revealing his message this way. The Christian God or the Muslim God neither acted all powerfully or God like He suspiciously spread his message along ethnic lines....where is the divine in all this garbage?

I was in a domestic violence situation whereas I had taken several severe blows to the head with a weapon by a professional boxer, although a woman, trained to strike in a manner as to do as much physical damage as possible. I had to defend myself, i subdued her, there was an impression of my foot on her thiegh from when i was just trying to keep her off of me. I had knots from the base of my skull all the way around to my temple, blood pouring from both nostrils, and was semi conciouse, dizzy, irritated, ears ringing... I have had a couple shots, nowhere near drunk, but I was arrested she wasnt, i requested medical attention, it was denied, they said your just drunk,I requested a breathalyzer to proove i wasnt drunk that there was a problem due to trauma, denied. I requested a lawyer,denied, I requested my phone call, denied untill shift change.She even admitted to hitting me first before i went to jail. Symptoms of concussion and being blind drunk are extremely similar. what do ido?

I think that is some of the worst music I have ever heard in my life. The dark lyrics with the nihilistic metaphors, along with the 'death grunts' and screaming into the mic sounding like cookie monster on steroids I believe is too much for women to be able to handle. I think it could really scare them and could give them nightmares or it could be a ver bad influence on them. Any time that I have had a girlfriend or wife, I never allowed them to listen to such rubbish and if I had of found out they were listening to it, I would have taken out their car radio.

I see this happen a LOT. I see people get on the bus and take the aisle seat while the seat next to the window remains empty. The bus gets so crowded people are standing up, sometimes elderly people, or parents holding on to small children, ect. Is it just me, or is this rude? Why can't people just move over? Also, I've noticed the people who do this, will also be "saving" the seat until one of their friends comes on the bus and then they'll move for them. Does anyone else think this is rude?

I live in the south and there are a lot of overweight kids blocking the hallways. In my high school, they only require Physical Education for 2 years, however, I believe that anyone above a certain BMI should have PE until they get their BMI down to an acceptable level, because health is more important than anything they will learn in the classroom. I am in the process of petitioning the school board. Thank you and good day.

My daughter goes to college. Well her semester is over April 20th. She has a bf that also goes to school with her. It was to my understanding we all 3 were going to get an apt together. Well he does not want an apt with us and says he will move back in with his mom. In which she does not appreciate him in any way. He comes over to my daughter's on campus apt (which he has one to) and spends the night with her. As she goes over to his also. Now he wants no apt with us, and says if he moves in with his mom, He can still like to come and go over to our place whenever he likes to. Now she is heartbroken cause he wants to break up with her if We decide to move back to Texas instead of living up here in Oklahoma. I think he is treating her unfairly. They have been together for almost 2 years and see each other everyday. My job is in Texas and that is why I have went through so much troubles to find a new job here and find us a place. She is deeply hurt over this. And he is very lazy about it
