You probably mean a 52 cm frame. There are some good values in road frames, but I think the most for the money is from Cannondale. Pretty often, Cannondale will run deals on frames to clear excess stock. You might be able to find a deal on their CAAD8 road frame which should be well under $1500.

If you know specifically what you're looking for, try the websites for cycling stores, but a good starting point may be Amazon, since the site does have a range of styles & prices.
If you don't know exactly what you want, go to an area shop that specializes in road/mountain bikes. You can talk with people who know the sport and get you on the road to selecting the right frame for your needs.
