I was in a domestic violence situation whereas I had taken several severe blows to the head with a weapon by a professional boxer, although a woman, trained to strike in a manner as to do as much physical damage as possible. I had to defend myself, i subdued her, there was an impression of my foot on her thiegh from when i was just trying to keep her off of me. I had knots from the base of my skull all the way around to my temple, blood pouring from both nostrils, and was semi conciouse, dizzy, irritated, ears ringing... I have had a couple shots, nowhere near drunk, but I was arrested she wasnt, i requested medical attention, it was denied, they said your just drunk,I requested a breathalyzer to proove i wasnt drunk that there was a problem due to trauma, denied. I requested a lawyer, denied, I requested my phone call, denied untill shift change. She even admitted to hitting me first before i went to jail. Symptoms of concussion and being blind drunk are extremely similar. what do ido?

I would look for a police brutality or civil rights lawyer. You best shot would be to sue the boxer and sue the police department. Go to targetlaw.com and search for "civil rights lawyer" and find at attorney in your area.
These lawyers specialize in this type of thing and will let you know if you have a case.

You can not be denied medical care. I don't know of a state where you can be denied examination for injuries. As for the lawyer, they are only obligated to provide you a phone call. If she admitted striking you first and it's in the report or you remember the officers name, than list him in your complaint. I would file a complaint with the local law enforcement office that handled your case. Ask that the case be reviewed and apply for warrants of r her on your own. I would also file the complaint with the court . Consult an attorney. If what you say is true, you have a case both criminally for her and civily for the department, but you need to file complaint with them first. Get it on record.

Wow, I would contact a lawyer immediately. They can not by any means deny you medical treatment especially head injuries. I was involved in a similar situation (not a fight) where I was made to wait in a hospital after a bad head injury. They didn't take me right away and I could have sued the hospital. Only if I would have known my RIGHTS!!!! No matter the situation, if someone denies you medical treatment they can be held liable.

I agree. we've the liberty to worship how we go with yet that freedom ends whilst somebody is harmed or the prepare is blatantly unlawful (alongside with polygamy). the mother and father could be charged with something from infant endangerment to manslaughter. They actually shouldn't get charged with homicide yet there could be some variety of cost as their refusing to get the youngster scientific interest led to the youngster to die.

They whom you speak of, officers I assume, sue county, officers, city, for dening you any kind of help. Get yourself a good attorney that can prove officers lied, refused you your needs. Did they read you your Miranda rights? If not, you have a case. Get all witnesses statements, it does help.
