Our lives wouldn't be balance without it.
If you're feeling a bit sad today, I'm certain
it will change, your happiness is on the way. .
Something about sadness in my life,
My marriage has broken down and there's
no patch for it, that's my mark, a divorced woman,
9 yrs after i was ready for a relationship,
i tried but I only got pain, tried it again,
same thing, tired it again, same thing
again, now I'm kind of on the way of meeting
someone which i thought every woman's dream,
but in case it's another pain then,
I must say that, when pain after pain comes
it will just stayed in one place till there's no room
for more, so next time i can take anything painlessly.
and that's what I'm feeling . .
so cheer up . . get up and dance . . .
.
give no room for sadness . .
.

In my opinion, I would like to feel the feeling of sadness.
It is true that life is short but happy moments are not many.
However, without sadness, I afraid that:
people will not appreciate their happy moments any more;
all the movies will lose its heart touching scenes;
we will laugh when we see our friends, relatives died;
murderers will not have mercy on their victims;
people will destroy the environment, the wild lives;
this world will become the world of cold blooded beings.

I would rather be able to not feel hopelessness or depression. However, sadness is not so bad and fades fairly quickly. It also allows us to empathize with the sadness of others. Someone who is happy all the time can get annoying, especially if they keep saying, "cheer up and turn that frown upside down!"

No, because one needs sadness to really appreciate being happy. The things that make you sad are also the things that feed your soul in order to learn more about life.

Part of me is saying, "Yes, of course". But the wiser side of me knows that pain is an essential part of life. So, no, I would not make the choice never to feel pain again. Like happiness, pain lets you know that you're alive. It also helps you to appreciate the "joys" in life. When you're in pain, it feels awful bad. Yeah, I know. But that which does not kill us, makes us stronger. That's what they say. I've also been told that we have to have "rain" in order to appreciate the sun.

i would want t have all of my emotion because thats how most people react with and aroud each other. not expressing the feeling of sadness can create more stress because people will not be able to understand your feelings
it can get deeper than this but i think this is what you were looking for if not then sorry.

No. My feeling is that all feelings we experience are necessary in order to grow emotiomally. If any one of those were missing, it would be like leaving the cinnamon out of apple pie.

to some extent, but i think that going through hard times makes you more independent as a person, and it helps you grow and mature. if there was no sadness the world would be fake and dead to me.
