Hi I'm a tourist here in Los Angeles and I want to change my visa to a student's visa. I wanna know how the process works and how long it the process takes. Also an estimate of how much it'll cost. Thank you so much!

Upon examination, I found that the Holy Scriptures and the King James Bible has the same chapters in them from Genesis to Revelation. These books were selected to be in the Bible during the Council of Nicea held in 325 CE. I would like to know if this is coincidental or was the Holy Scriptures translated from the books selected by the Council? Thank you

so for awhile me n this girl became good friends. she had an ex that wouldnt let her go (also her first bf.) she was considering both of us and it caused arguments and things like that. I finally said idc anymore, and her and the ex stopped talking for another reason. now that hes gone, and i didnt care about a relationship, we became good friends again. Then a few days go she told me she might have feelings for me, n when she asked me i only told her the same thing. Then we hung out together and she let me hold her a lot and things which she didnt let me do when she didn't like me. The problem is she's not sure if she does have feelings for me or not. but it sounds like she does more than she doesnt. How do i keep her interested? and get the attraction to build up more? I also only see her on weekends. shes questions herself a lot about her feelings and doesnt believe theyre always true. mayb some ladies can relate to that and give me insight

My friend made it through basic and AIT but then before he was transferred to his unit he went to his commanding officers and told them about his gambling problems and how he needed to get help right away.. They didnt do anything at first so his family contacted red cross and the red cross contacted the military and he got a 10 day leave before going to his unit... He never made it back to the army. He was been gone for two years and he went to GA for his gambling help and he searched for god and found help there... It has been 2 years AWOL and he has gotten pulled over by the cops once for a speeding ticket and went to court... He has a good job where they run a background check on him... Hes bought a house and a new car... All of this while he was AWOL... And now that hes gotten the help he has saved up money for his family while hes gone he wants to know what happens now with the AWOL and why they havent hunted him down or arrested him when he was pulled over or bought a house????

I'm 23 and I have an 8 year old brother that I pretty much raised. My mother isn't really a "mother figure", if you will. I raised myself and I dont want my little brother to do the same thing so I try to be as motherly as I possibly can be.
Anyhow, my question is, lately my little brother hads been asking me questions about girls and about where babies come from. He's going to be 9 soon and I know that alot of his friends already know about sex and probably talk about it.
He's very naive to it and I'm wondering what the right age to have "the talk" with him is. He's pretty comfortable around me so I know he wont be TOO embarressed but can any parents let me know what the right age for this talk is, and how do you approach it?

I got worried and took her to the ER they said it was fine and she probably had a virus. I had to take her the next again because she fainted on me again the other doctor said hypoglycemia.Her sugar levels were 62 and it runs in her dads side of the family.They would not give me a glucose meter for her.So she fainted again this time I took her to urgent care peds. that doctor said 62 was'nt low and not to worry.Once again I still did'nt get a glucose monitor.What should I do.She still is getting dizzy,sweaty,and has bad mood swings.

My baby is exclusively breast fed( I have an excessive supply ) and doesnt take a pacifier.He sleeps for 6 -7hours during night.But during the day getting him to take a nap is a battlefield.He wants to play with his toys or chew on them or babble and stare at his surroundings.I swaddle him (which he hates and then remove it ) ,dim the lights and even swing him in his swing.But to no avail.If i do suceed ,he would take a nap that lasts no longer than 30 minutes.He is a restless short napper .How do i get him to take longer naps.

For the first time when using a 35mm camera, i finished a film and went to develop it at Target. When i went to pick it up, the film had absolutely nothing on it! I know i placed the film right in the camera and i heard it rewind at the last shot! Im so mad!

what could have gone wrong? Is it possible that maybe they stealed the pictures i took and put in an empty film. they didn't charge me or anything but what could have happened?!?!?

A box with open top and square base has a volume of 8000cm^3.

This is my work:
V=8000
V=xy^2
8000=xy^2
x=8000/y^2

A=4xy^3
A=4(8000/y^2)y^3
A=32000y

A'=32000 and normally, I would make A'=0 and solve for y so would y=0?

I also tried to go back some steps:
8000=xy^2 and instead of solving for x, I solved for y:
y^2=8000/x
y=sqrt(8000/x)

A=4xy^3
A=4x(sqrt(8000/x))^3
A=4x((8000/x)^(1/2))^3
A=4x(8000/x)^(3/2)
A=4x ( 8000^(3/2) / x^(3/2) )
A=[ 4x8000^(3/2) ] / x^(3/2)
A= 4x^(-1/2) 8000^(3/2)
A= 4(8000^(3/2)x^(-1/2)

A'= (-2)(8000)x^(-3/2)
A' = -16000x^(-3/2)

0= -16000x^(-3/2) then x is = to 0?
