ITS DRIVING ME NUTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm 5'8 and weigh 131 lbs, I try to eat healthy but it only last like 2 days argh, the minute I see cookies or candies I grab like 20 of them!!! >_< Also, I dont drink much water, only diet Pepsi. I'm trying to get muscle, so I go to the gym 5x a week and I'm there for like 90 minutes doing 40 mins of cardio (run 4miles on treadmill) and the rest I weight lift. wat do u think, will the cookies candy prevent me from getting a six pac, and nice biceps and stuff?!!!!!!!! OMG I'M GOING CRAZY
