Jesus wan't a fan of organised religion. I don't think he would have preferred any religion ( Protestant or otherwise) since all corrupt his original message in one way or another. I think Jesus would have followed Zen.

Jesus was an Essene Jew, a sect which was promptly killed off shortly after Paul took over from James, brother of Jesus.

Paul preferred to mix his idea of Christianity with the paganism of Romans and Greeks, which had been his preference over Judaism.

Jesus was a devout Jew and would not recognize any sect of Christianity as related to his belief or his teachings.

Doubtful. Right now, they are all rejected of him. We're not even going to get into all those spurious other gospels and way out there religions that don't even have him in there!

None of them. Jesus wasn't a Protestant or a Catholic. Jesus prefers good ole' plain-as-bread Christians. (*coughNONDENOMINATIONALcough*)

Since Jesus founded his church it would have his name on it and they would be worshipping according to his word.

So it would be the church of Christ.
