ITS DRIVING ME NUTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm 5'8 and weigh 131 lbs, I try to eat healthy but it only last like 2 days argh, the minute I see cookies or candies I grab like 20 of them!!! >_< Also, I dont drink much water, only diet Pepsi. I'm trying to get muscle, so I go to the gym 5x a week and I'm there for like 90 minutes doing 40 mins of cardio (run 4miles on treadmill) and the rest I weight lift. wat do u think, will the cookies candy prevent me from getting a six pac, and nice biceps and stuff?!!!!!!!! OMG I'M GOING CRAZY

you weigh to little for your height. you should be about 140 lbs. treat yourself once a week and maybe the cravings will go away.

I'm a guy.. but I know what you are going thru... I'm on a portion controlled diet and it sucks not being able to eat like i used to.. It has helped me train my stomach to not eat as much though. It's ok to have something like candy or a cookie every once in a while as long as it's not all day long everyday. Just try to reduce your intake... dont go crazy if it's taking you forever to lose the weight because lifting weights is actually making muscle therfore it is added weight on to your body... what's important is that you feel better.. although the scale says otherwise. If you get weak... dont over do it.. count the serving size in the back and try to stick to it. I keep low calorie snacks around that I still enjoy that stop me from running to McDonald's or BurgerKing when i get hungry. It calms my craving... I have meltdowns too, but I see it this way...I'll eat a 250 calorie bag of chips then eat a 900-1000 calorie meal somewhere else... ALSO! LOL DRINK WATERRRRRRRRRRR!!! Buy a 24 pack case of water bottles and take like 4-5 bottles with you when you hop in the car, go to work etc. IT HELPS ALOT.. Water is SUPER important. you should at least be drinking 4-5 bottles a day. You can still drink your pepsi but dont ever leave out water. It will make a difference.... try it out for a week and see how you feel. Get ready to use the bathroom every half hour though! LOL I know this was long but I hope it helps!

and stop stressing about it your tall you can use to gain a couple more lbs( I'm 5'5 and 190) my gaol is to be 130 but it's so far away a year ago i was 140 and very close to my goal but then i started doing all these fad diets starving for a couple of days and then Bing eat for 10 more and now I'm 50 lbs more, eat regularly and keep your workouts up your doing great

My advice would be to stop telling yourself you CAN'T have cookie or the occasional sweets, that is why you are pigging out when you finally break down and have some. Don't make anything totally off limits, oh, and drink some water, your body needs it!
