when i close my notebook computer while turned on after a hour or so it starts squealing like a pig What causes this is it right or is something wrong the only way i have figured to stop it is to pull out the battery (and yes the battery is charged i checked that) cause it even does it with the power cord in

I am caring for my dad's old dog, and the dog does not have any bowel control. When he has 'to go' it literally just falls out. He doesn't act like he's in any pain, and he has a great personality, and is loving. But I'm torn over what to do. I don't think it's any way to live, but if the rest of his health is great, I don't think we should put him down. When he tries to stand up, often he will lose his bowels. His hips are bad, but they don't seem to hurt him. He's slow, but he still tries to play with the other dogs. He has a great appetite, and is vocal when he wants in, but he's deaf so it's difficult to get him to follow instructions. We've had him since March, so my parents could travel with retirement. But I just am so torn over what is best for the dog. What would you do, if anything?

I got a virus or something in my old Gateway computer, so I reformatted the hard drive and reinstalled my software (Win 98). When it asked for the id number, the number on my disk was about 5 numbers short. So I am without my desktop which is my main work computer. I have placed a lot of my important stuff on this laptop, but the memory has been eaten up with the overload. I really need my desktop back! Can anyone understand why the installation wants more numbers than is on Microsoft's official sticker?

I woke up this morning, and Soledad had already made a huge pile of spaghetti for me to eat. That is a very wonderful way to wake up on a Sunday morning.

I personally love Easter, except for the fact that those bunnies sometimes scare the living crap out of me. One time I was hiking in the woods with Celestia (pbuh) and while we were talking in Swedish, a bunny popped out of nowhere right into our path.

I started screaming, and Soledad came out running from our cabin. Soledad had to hold me for an hour while I tried to calm down. I think it was the poetry that finally worked.

What about you? Have you had any scary Easter experiences?
