A fellow from Wyoming told me this stuff about lightning-swift draws was a lot of old hokum, arising from the explanation "He went for his gun and I outdrew him," which the law might accept when not to do so would be more trouble than it was worth. True?

Ive being declined 4 a loan with my bank to reduce my payments on my existing loan because of a few late payments, I've also applied online 4 loans and credit cards out of curiosity but i have now realised it may have left footmarks on my credit score. Would this affect me getting finance on a car that i am looking at for 4,000. I work full time and earn a good wage. Would this be a problem??????

I just bought a 1974 Honda CB 550 four. It needs some minor work. Do any of you guys know someone in Chicago who is specialized in these bikes? Who do you reccomend? I love the bike and I really want the work that I can not do done right.
It needs a tune up and cleaned carbs.

Thanks so much guys, you Honda techs have really helped me out a ton with all my questions. As a rookie your advice has been extremely valuable to me. Thanks.

I'm really proud that I've given 30 donations inspite if the fact I have had 3 kids (your not allowed to give while pregnant or for a year after)
I plan to keep donating until I'm too old to do so.

My son had cancer (Non Hodgkins )when he was four and required several transfusions to get him through his treatment.

I was so grateful that there was blood available for him when he needed it, and would like to thank all doners and encourage more people to do it.

i'm about to transfer a balance to another card's balance (there will be a remaining balance) but do i need to pay it's monthly payment? Or does the balance transfer qualify as the monthly payment?

Well a friend of my parents are throwing them a surprise party for their 25th anniversary. The issue is that my parent's friends want to hear about all these good things about their marriage that she thinks my parents had, when little did she know it was all a facade. well the problem is that me and my one sibling were the only ones that lived with them for the majority of those years and lived with every kind of abuse and hell. And I definetly don't want to celebrate nor talk about how great my parents were as a married couple and have it all be a lie, its all hypocritical to me. My sibling has to work and lives out of town with his family, so he can't go. So i need any advice on this situation, whether just not go and have everyone wonder and ask why, or what. It feels so wrong, for me to be celebrating this or go and put on a very false front. I do get along with my parents now only because we don't interact and live in separate towns.
