ham and yellow mustard

depending on what I am serving with the ham...I very between a honey yellow mustard from French's which is pretty pedestrian...

I do love Grey Poupon...with a thinner sliced ham and possibly a baby spinach salad with chopped egg...

You could add a little sour cream to mustard or horse radish or even both and make a creamier sauce. This works well for those that aren't huge mustard fans. Try this with a mustard thats stoneground and corned beef or roast beef as well, or any other large hunk of meat.

Between the two, I'd pick Grey Poupon. I like both, but I think that'd go better with ham.
