Psycho.
Misery was well-made and Kathy Bates deserved her Oscar, but even though I'm Stephen King's number one fan (ha ha), this was not my favorite of his books.

I would go for Misery, unless maybe when you're talking about the original Psycho (the re-make wasn't very good) ...

Both of them were great movies but I got to give it up to Norman Bates. The whole time I thought his mother were killing those people, but to find out at the end he was doing it. Misery was good also I was just waiting on Paul to kick that nurse ***.

Both are great, Alfred Hitchcock and Stephen King are both masterminds, but I think Psycho is a classic horror film, so I'll go with that.

psycho....the original. there is no better, truly disturbing movie ever made. it has so many layers which Hitchcock was so good at. i mean you've got the lead character getting killed in the first like 30 minuets and it still pulls you in. really, they're not even in the same category.... do you think?
