i keep paying the minum how can i pay it off quicker ? and how can i make money to do so? i do sideline jobs etc but need to make even or should i do pay surveys or mystery shopping? its stressing me out

A person very close to me in the family has had depression for almost 2 years now. She's went to doctors but always thinks she knows best and doesn't listen to them. She says that she does listen but wouldn't she be getting better by now if she was? It's been very hard for the last 2 years and no-one seems to be helping at all. She doesn't want to discuss it because she thinks we'll "get bored" but all we want to do is help. Everyone in the family is trying their very best including me. She has tried writing a list of things she's good at or the things other people think she's good at (which is everything!) and reading it every night before going to sleep & tries to believe in herself. She's the most kindest, bravest, bestest big sister ever! But she doesn't think that. She's very low in self esteem. Can anyone give me any advice on how to help her self esteem or anything else? Something to keep her mind off it maybe? Please help! (No cruel comments please)

'K' and one other person start a business in equal partnership take a written signed legal contract from each other.After 3 months other one suddenly stops taking part in business. K goes in his house with two musclemen and robbes expensive articles from his house to get his damages paid.'K' gets arrested. In the court 'K' shows that signed contract and tells ''it was my right'' to save himself. ...where 'K' was wrong? what will be the judgement and WHY?

You know those microwave meals from healthy choice? I was wondering if I eat those for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and have fruits and vegtables for snacks, do pilates and aerobics 5x's a week, then on Saturday run for 45mins on the beach, lift weights, do streches, punching bag, and eliptical machine for 3omins would I lose 3 pounds a week?

I've heard that it gets dark earlier the closer you get to the Tropics and later the closer you get to the poles. Just trying to see how true that is?

For almost a year now I have had strange head symptoms. and only on the right side of my head. It started out with a squeezing fullness in one spot and almost a swelling feeling. Now there is a pain in that same spot with a bump. It hurts alot when u press on it, and still hurts when you don't. I havn't had insureance but going soon. just want opinions of what it could be. I realized this in my late teens. I realized that people don't always change when they grow up, you will be faced with more difficulties, sometimes it can get worse, things get even more complicated. There are constant battles. When we were smaller we had an image of what the world would be like when we grew up. I imagined that I would be happy and strong. My perspective of the world would change. Life goes in circles it seems. Foggy, muddy, troublesome. Free will, huh?

Ever since my neighbour put up a high, solid fence my lawn has become overtaken with moss. Having given up fighting a loosing battle against it, I am thinking of turning it into a feature, maybe a moss garden, or Japanese garden. The only other thing that is thriving at the moment is a Forsythia, but I'd like some ideas please. The fence is on the south west side of the garden with a large yew tree (neighbour's) to the south, and the house on the north west so not much sun on that strip.
