I have a male betta and right in the middle of it's tail is like a little bit of see through fin?Please answer! Can you give a website or some pictures?

That's not a problem, just a little missing pigment. Assuming it's a clear spot and not a hole that is. Even if it is a hole, that can be caused by lots of things, most of which are no worry. It will eventually grow out.

That isn't fin rot. Fin rot starts at the tips of the fins and the fins start looking like they're getting shorter. usually a water change of about 25% per day for 2-3 days will help stop fin rot.

This just sounds like the color has been lost in a small spot in the betta's fin. I've seen that before and it doesn't spread or get worse.

Some bettas have see through fins, I wouldnt worry about fin rot unless you see his tail shrink, and his fins clamped.
