You know those microwave meals from healthy choice? I was wondering if I eat those for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and have fruits and vegtables for snacks, do pilates and aerobics 5x's a week, then on Saturday run for 45mins on the beach, lift weights, do streches, punching bag, and eliptical machine for 3omins would I lose 3 pounds a week?

You'll lose weight for sure but I don't know if it's the healthiest way. Frozen food are usually very high in sodium content. You always have to check it before purchasing. However, I read an article saying that the "healthy" frozen food nowdays aren't as unhealthy as we think they are. I'm sure Healthy Choice and Lean Cuisine are okay to eat.

you would be better off eating a Snickers bar then putting that garbage from Healthy Choice in your body. have you read the list of ingredients? there is 4-5x more chemicals and preservatives in those meals then there is food. just about everything that the body "doesn't" need to be healthy

healthy fat loss is ALL about the diet, the better the diet and the higher the quality of the foods that you consume the quicker results will be seen
