I'm a 20 yo, 6'3", 220 lbs, male, playing football and track. I think I could burn about 10lbs of fat to make my muscles more defined, but I would like to gradually lose 10 lbs of fat and add 10 lbs of muscle, lets say in 10-12 weeks. In other words, I'd like someone to refer me to some website where I'd be able to find whole diet program (eg. Monday: breakfast - something, lunch - something2, etc) Any good advice is highly appreciated.
