Remember yesterday, it is already done.... You cannot change it, so learn from it.....
Tomorrow, may never exist, mould it a minute at a time, because its within your fleeting grasp.
Today, is the only thing that is true. live it one moment at a time, remembering the past and walking in the future with a keen sense of understanding.....
Keep this in mind, and I am certain you can take back time!!
Your sister,
ginger

The past is gone forever, you can never relive those days again. You can do some fun things that remind you of your childhood and being happy go lucky though. Go to the park and swing, slide and see-saw. Go for a walk or bike ride and enjoy the sun and being outside in the fresh air. We never stop learning, no matter how old we get. Try to get involved in learning something new, whether it's reading a book on a topic you find interesting, getting involved in a new hobby or something like that. Consider your life an adventure and it is still going on so enjoy each new day and be thankful for your life and what you do have and that you have good memories.
Plan some fun things to do on the weekends and you'll have something to look forward to. Life changes constantly so we never know what the future will bring. Be excited about where your future may lead you and teach you. Being an adult doesn't mean you can't enjoy life anymore. It's just anew chapter in our journey. Think positive, have some fun and be happy to be healthy and alive.

First off, realize that nothing is keeping you from acting like a kid again except the mentality that you cannot. What's keeping you from going outside, running through the woods, joining a baseball/softball team, doing crazy experiments with a magnifying glass in your back yard, etc? The point is that most of that is still available to you, and all you have to do is go do it.

You can't. I wish I could too sometimes. You'll just have to make the most of right now and the future. The past can never be recaptured no matter how much it is desired. I've had to learn to accept that lesson too.
Good luck.
