IT depends in what way you mean. A person individually or why do we have tears? Well Ive got an answer to why humans cry this is because firstly to keep the eyes wet and moist cause they just work best in those conditions. And secondly we cry (say when we are sad) because emotions in humans cause us to produce certain chemicals in our bodies. These chemicals are of no actual use so they need to be released. Thefore we cry to let these chemicals out. And that is why we cry when feeling very emotional. To release chemicals produced in stress full situations out of the body.

I was in a club last night, and saw two beautiful Japanese girls making out with each other. It made me sorry that I'm an atheist, because I wished that there was someone I could thank for this wonderful, wonderful thing. I wept a single, crystalline tear of gratitude to random genetic chance instead.
