I'm a 20 yo, 6'3", 220 lbs, male, playing football and track. I think I could burn about 10lbs of fat to make my muscles more defined, but I would like to gradually lose 10 lbs of fat and add 10 lbs of muscle, lets say in 10-12 weeks. In other words, I'd like someone to refer me to some website where I'd be able to find whole diet program (eg. Monday: breakfast - something, lunch - something2, etc) Any good advice is highly appreciated.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, weight training
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

A 6'3", 220lbs, 20 yr old athlete probably doesn't have 10 lbs of fat to lose! But seriously, a good weight lifting regime would help you get cut and build muscle. Maybe your coach could put you in touch with a trainer, or you could contact personal trainers in your area to see what they recommend. Just make sure you're getting enough protein, fruits, veggies and whole grains in your diet and take it easy on sugar and partying. I'll bet your awesome now, and with a little extra work, bonus!

The Isagenix system is key. Go to http://www.physique.isagenix.com You'll burn more than 10 pounds of fat though because it cleans all the toxins (and surrounding fat) from your system.

Have you tried Fit for Life? I can't remember the URL, but I'm sure if you google it. There's a book that gives details of the programme.

Eat normal food and exercise. works for just about anyone. Junk food is bad, pretty much anything else is okay as long as you work it off.
