Hello, I would like to set up a living trust. I have two questions.
1. I 'd like to prepare the document myself. Where do i get the template? I was told this site - http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/TC010014711033.aspx?pid=CT101435131033
But I don't know which form is for living trust for a single person w/o children.
2. Do I need a lawyer to record this or just have it notarized? If I only need it notarized, where do i record it to make it legal? Thank you.

ok, u gotta be retarded to think that magical power really exist. lets put that aside. How the magic "tricks" or the "illusion" really works is a closely kept secret within magicians. When there are alive performance, has ANYONe ever ran into the stage to reveal how it works? i mean i'd be willing to pay money to someone to go to a show and just run onto the stage to show that its not real. Obviously, once u get too close, the trick will be revealed (levitation). thats why they dont' just fly around and shake your hand or pick up with with them and fly around.

Other than the possibility of having a bad speaker, is there anything else that could be messed up that could cause a speaker to make that popping sound when the bass hits.I tried a different speaker and it did the same thing and i know the other speaker is good.

I see so many people here with problems & asking 4 help with their kids. I thought it would be nice to hear about some of the things people enjoy about being parents. For me, I love the chance to feel and act young. I can still do all the silly kid things that I used to enjoy when I was small. And it gives me excellent opportunity to bond with my daughter, which is completely priceless. We watch cartoons together, color, play dolls, go to the park, etc. I really love the time we spend together. What are some things you enjoy about being a parent?

He is constantly in trouble: first he married, then divorced, then did not pay his fish support and became a deadbeat fish; then he started dating that fish, and then double dated her when we went on holiday to Mediterranean, and that fish appeared to be a piranha (we didn't know, as she used a lot of make up), and piranha found out about his double dating and became furious, and threatened us with violence. I have been having a dispute with my landlord. I pay my rent on time every single month. However, she still complains to me about every little thing. Isn't this bordering on harassment? I have calls 4 times a day on two phone numbers asking for me by my married name. I answered the phone today mostly because this is driving me crazy having all of these unknown number phone calls. The woman tried to make it sound like a family member was having an emergency and she needed contact phone numbers for my mother and father. I was concerned because my brother is in the army and thought it might have something to do with him. I give her my mother's number and tell her I don't have my father's and then she starts asking for addresses and where they work and all sorts of those type of questions (none of which I gave a direct answer to) and when I tell her I'm not telling her anything else until she tells me who she is with and what this is regarding. She responded "it is regarding a pending legal matter" After the call I research it and find out its a used car lot.My parents have been divorced for over 14 years Would this debt be invalid now? How can I make them stop callingme
