can someone give me an idea of we what can watch together besides Naruto, InuYasha, One Piece and Tritity Blood cause we watch all of those

Based from experience, I would have to say probably Cowboy Bebop, I know it's "old school" an all but it's one heck of a series.
You got the crazy "space cowboy", Spike who's cool calm and collective, and foxy Faye Valentine who's a woman with an attitude. Radical Ed who's cute and crazy and a lovable Welsh Corgi named Ein. Oh and then there's the over protective veteran Jet.
It's a humorous series with lots of action and romance, I think it's a great series to watch with your girl friend.

Escaflowne, Tactics, Demon Detective Loki (Matantei Loki), Tsukihime, The Twelve Kingdoms, Fushigi Yugi, Gals, Full Metal Alchemist, Wolf's Rain, "She the ultimate weapon" (aka SaiKano/saishuu heiki kanojo), Crest and Banner of the Stars I and II (those are three related series in that order) and so on. Outside choices are Eureka seveN, Galaxy Angel, Blood+ (don't be deceived by the name or the premise), Tales of Phantasia, Ys, School Rumble, Shakugan no Shana, and the Ghost in the Shell tv series (which I personally think is one of the best anime overall).
