There are over 500 supplement's. I know by combining 2 of them or possibly 3, there's a greater chance of burning fat and building muscle within a short period of time without taking steriods. Anybody know which supplments can almost be accurate to this? I use to take Joe Weider 60g of protien with HotStuff but I choose to try the new stuff, any suggestions?

i'm sure a lot of factors, for example how well the economy is doing, employment rate, etc. it is still baffling to me, however, because the uk sterling is worth so much more than the us dollar...almost double. on a very general level, i dont think englands economy is doing that much better than the u.s. economy, am i wrong? certainly not double in whatever formula has been contrived. someone help me out.

My friend's daughter has some sort of mental illness (bi-polar or borderline personality) and has been on the streets for just over a year. I lift 4 days a week and do cardio the same. I would like to lose about 25-35 LBS.I am also trying to add muscle.I currently weigh 217 LBS.I know that most " Experts" will say 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight,but I am not buying it.There are some pretty muscular guys I have talked with who say that they maybe get 100 grams per day.I drink 2 meal replacment shakes a day and am getting about 100-150 grams of protein per day.Is this enough? I want to look hard and be in shape not look like Mr.America.Does anyone have any solid experience with this question ?

I've applied for many private student loans and have been denied with my co-signers that have less than average credit. I can't find anyone with really good credit. Does anyone know of a company that might approve me? I don't even care if the interest rate is sky high I just need a loan!
