I've never come across this word. Perhaps you mean "viajar" which means to travel or "vejar" which means to bother or harass.

I think you might be spelling it wrong. How was it used in a sentence? My only guess is that you actually mean "FIJAR" which means "to notice or note something"
Example:
"Yo me voy a fijar en ella"
English Translation:
"Im going to notice her"
I could be wrong but Ive never heard of vijar and fijar sounds the closest to it...
