Quinton, Quincy, Quinn, Quaid, Quent, Quennel, Quentrell, Queran, Quesnel, Quinlan, Quinnell, Q has a qwa or cue sound so it wouldn't be pronounced Caden it would be pronounced Qwa-iden. I lot of people make this mistake, I had seen Kiana(Key-ana) spelled Quiana and that doesn't make any sense because in the english language it would be pronounced Qwi-ana or Kwee-ana.

Spelling Caden with a Q may be crazy and tricky. Especially considering that Q is ALWAYS followed a u in the english language. Have you thought about Quinton?Or Quaden pronounced like this..(kway-den)?Quade?

I know you want something creative, but spelling Caden with a Q, will only result in his name being constantly mispronunced. Why not try Quinn or Quentin?

Qaden won't work, Q is supposed to have a U after it. I mean I guess it will work but why not just use Caden if you like it?

How about Quinn or Quincy:
You have to go back to the basics of spelling and remember that a "Q" has a "kwa" sound not a "k" sound. So anything you use with it will confuse people into thinking it's a "kwa" name not a "k" name.
