I recently have been burning a lot of oil, ecspecially when I accelerate from a stop I get a big cloud behind me. The car has always burned a lot of oil even though the heads and valves were done last year. I did just shorten the intake pipe to make the air filter more accesable, but I doubt thats it. I also did put in some fuel injector cleaner in about a week ago. Any thoughts? Is this serious, or should I just get a prelude?

Thankfully we did not show concern durring WW 2, we dropped the bomb without regard to "collateral damage" and the war was over in a few days.

First we were told that no way would dems take the house...then they would take that but not the senate. In a stunning upset, they were wrong on all accounts. Democrats were voted in to end the war in Iraq. Bush has now stated he doesn't think that is true. When will he ever get in touch with reality, and has his refusal to deal in reality been responsible for much of the failure in Iraq?

I've seen a bunch of people on this site use "Islamic Fascists" now to refer to Muslims. What's the deal? I recognize that many governments in countries with predominantly Muslim populations are not quite so democratic, but don't we have ourselves to blame for that? Think about Iranian history - we removed a democratic government we thought was communist and replaced it with a corrupt dictatorship - not to justify their actions today, which are unexcusable. Back to the point, can someone please explain to me why the word "Islamic Fascist" is used?

Concerning the conservative court's ruling against the Bush administration regarding emissions controls by the EPA, will the Bush administration try to fight the ruling?

There is at least one documented case of the White House just deciding they knew best and ignoring court rulings (remember wiretapping?). Do you think that Bush can afford any more fights at the moment?

What do you think will happen now concerning emissions control?

I'm in the market for a computer. I listen to itunes, edit photos (I like taking photos), and the internet. Oh yeah, I'm a student too (college) so appropiate software. I've been to dell.com but they so many questions. I know I don't want the usual anti-virus that comes with computers. Norton and McAfee suck. I plan on buying a real anti-virus program. Other than that I have no clue. I'm not very keen on hp's. I bought one when I was a freshmen and I just had problem after problems.

i get tired of seeing the same posts and answers about america winning and victory. what is a victory for america? what will be classified as a victory? do people not realize that america is no longer fighting a war. the iraqis are fighting among themselves, and we are caught in the middle. we have no clear enemy, only "insurgents" who are from both sect of the nation. i just dont understand how this is still considered our war and what will justify bringing the troops home.

I dont want to spend more the $20,000 new or used. Also I would prefer a mid size SUV or Car but I would concider a truck if I could find a good priced one (most are over $20,000) I have also check out Ford Excape and the Toyota Yaris. I know these are small but does anyone have any insite to these vehicles I want some something economical and good on gas with some style but I dont want something that I will regret in 2 or 3 years.

I just had Lasik done 2 weeks ago. I still am having dry eyes which causes blurry vision in my eye. While lubricating my eyes, i see clearly. Then blurred vision only. So frequently i am using refresh eye drops. Has anyone encountered this problem before? What can be done do help with dry eyes?

I have a Dell P4 laptop that has a wierd problem. After a few uses over a few days, it just won't boot. It stays that way for several days and then boots up when I try again. The green battery light shows up as normal and the battery will be fully charged. What causes this?

By substitution you get the indeterminate form 0/0, so I applied L'hospital's rule.

After applying the rule you get:

lim x->0 e^t / 3t^2 which yields 1/0, which leads me to believe I cannot apply l'hospital's rule a second time.

I know the limit is ∞, what am I missing here?
