I just had Lasik done 2 weeks ago. I still am having dry eyes which causes blurry vision in my eye. While lubricating my eyes, i see clearly. Then blurred vision only. So frequently i am using refresh eye drops. Has anyone encountered this problem before? What can be done do help with dry eyes?

Do you still have follow-up appointments to come?
Only a slit-lamp examination will really distinguish between the possible effects.

Most likely healing of the epithelium is not yet complete. Don't wait till the eye reports the need for lubrication. Work out how often the discomfort tends to occur, and get the drops in an hour *before* that. Pre-empt.

Other possibilities include residual or unstable refraction, a low-grade infection, and corneal oedema.

But at two weeks, unless the eye is red, persistently painful, or the condition worsens rather than improves, this is very probably part of the normal after-effects, and nothing to worry about. Problems after a month should definitely be reported.

Actually fluctuation in vision is quite normal and part of the healing process after LASIK. If you are experiencing Severe Dry Eyes or SPK then you should consult your eye doctor on either punctal plugs to slow the drainage of tear film or a prescription for dry eye treatment such as Restasis.
