Need IE7 first off, second, here's a page about IE tabbed browsing. http://www.ie-vista.com/tabs.html
Although Mozilla Firefox is so much better than IE (IMHO).

Download Internet Explorer 7 if you don't already have it..
and you just right click on whatever you want to tab
and then Open In New Tab should be 2nd on the drop down menu.

My Internet Explorer says 'pro' but I am pretty sure that the above answer is correct as well.
Personally I am just not a fan of mozilla/firefox. I'm quite happy with IE and I'm so happy they implemented this tool.

go to microsoft and get IE 7. I have it and its fantastic.
