To make a long story short, I had about 10 boxes and a few furniture items shipped from Florida to California. The company is Four Points Van Lines in South Florida. The company delivered way past the delivery date for starters they were about 2 weeks late, which i know things happen but the company never had the decency to call me and let me know, they said it wasn't their job. Then when finally i got my stuff delivered i called to find out who i made the cashiers check out to, and they said they would only except cash. Their contract said they accepted cash, money order, or cashiers check. I was told cash or they would not deliver my stuff. I complied and gave them cash. I recieved 10 boxes like i was supposed to and my furniture, but 1 box was empty and 3 were half full and all the tape was ripped off the boxes and my tv was broken! The company will not call me back i have submitted written and verbal complaint, i have contacted the better business bureau and consumer affairs.
