I was told by a physio that animal milk (cow, goat) is bad for you because of it's high fat and calcium content. We supposedly can only use 10% of the calcium and can only get rid of some of the rest. The remainder is deposited in joints, leading to pain and in arteries leading to heart attacks. The thinking was that cow's milk is made for cows, animals which grow to full size in 2 years as opposed to humans who take 20 years. We therefore shouldnt be drinking something which is so high in fat, protein and minerals, especially since we stop producing the enzyme rennin after we start teething which helps us digest milk. This seems to make sense, but is it true?

My ex-girlfriend & I split up a month ago.We were under a lot of stress from other things,& she finished with me because of it. Now everything's fine. The other day,we went out for a drink,& spoke for nearly 4 hours! She said she feels guilty for finishing,doesn't want2get back together,yet does want to spend time with me...and just see where the friendship goes...then she says maybe i can come over and we watch a dvd/have lunch etc on friday..i've said yes. The thing is, I want more from her,& am confused as I dont think she does from me, although she wasnt really clear! What do I do, do I still go,& is it worth me saying/trying anything?

I have 100 site url's listed in excel sheets and all are hyperlinked and i want to remove hyperlinks from the url's listed in one go, but cannot. I have to select every cell and then right click > remove hyperlink option. But if i select all the files and right click there is no remove hyperlink option.

How can i remove all hyperlinks at one go?

As the procedure was being performed while I was under the gas she used it like truth serum and found out some nasty things about me . Who remebers:

Secret - chocolate bar, kinda marshmallow in the middle and hollow chocolate cage around it!
Nerds - little sweets in different flavours (more like lumps of sugar really)
Runts - from the Nerds people, little fruit shaped sweets!
Cheese and onion monster munch - nicest flavour ever, they stopped making them for some reason (it was back in the days when the adverts were the monsters dressed up in costumes!)
chocolate cigarettes - how naughty to encourage kids to pretend to smoke hey!
