Who remebers:
Secret - chocolate bar, kinda marshmallow in the middle and hollow chocolate cage around it!
Nerds - little sweets in different flavours (more like lumps of sugar really)
Runts - from the Nerds people, little fruit shaped sweets!
Cheese and onion monster munch - nicest flavour ever, they stopped making them for some reason (it was back in the days when the adverts were the monsters dressed up in costumes!)
chocolate cigarettes - how naughty to encourage kids to pretend to smoke hey!
Any others you guys please let us know.

No way you guys ate as much rubbish as me.
what about:
Shockers, a pack of 4 bubble gum balls but one of them (the shocker) was really hot and tasted horrible!
Rubblegum - bag full of small bubble gum bits
Rainbow Drops - multi-coloured rice sugar thingys
Wham bars and iron brew bars - they were so sweet and sugary that they made my teeth ache!
Cartoonies were my favourites - little biscuits with cartoon faces on them with chocolate in the middle.

Oh my goodness, NERDS, they were GREAT! And those Monster Munch...yum, but it's so gross how they would get stuck in your teeth and gums for ages, big clumps of them! These were my favorites:
Rice Paper: sheets of 1p rice paper in pink from the local newsagent, revolting stuff!
White Mice: white chocolate mice for half a pence each...
Space invaders: the rice paper spaceship things with sherbert in the middle, so sharp!!
Shoelaces: red liquorice, pretty tasteless but somehow so good!
Sherbert Dib-Dab: cool sherbert thing with a Liquorice stick!
Swizzle Stick thing: Some Raspberry and Lemon sherbert thing with a lolly stick made out of candy
Chewing Nuts: Hard toffee inside chocolate, shaped like small hazlenuts....yum but amazing I have teeth left!!

I remember Pixie Stix (flavored sugar in a paper straw). Just thinking about that makes my teeth hurt!
I also remember those candy buttons....little colored dots of sugar on a piece of paper.
My sis and I loved Big League Chew. That was back in the day when they still allowed baseball players to dip on TV - we thought we were cool w/ the bubble gum!
Oh! Ring pops. My fingers were too big for the ring. I had to wear it on my pinky. LOL.
I too remember candy cigarettes. The ones I had weren't chocolate and actually looked like cigs. They came in a "pack" and everything!

I LOVED runts. They used to have all kinds of great flavors. Now they only come in purple, pink, and rainbow.
We had candy cigarettes and bubble gum cigars.
And I just noticed that one of my faves from back in the day was back on the shelves - Squeeze Pop

Oh my gosh, there was so much junk I ate and never seemed to care about it. Rock candy, pop rocks, gummy worms, nerds, at easter it was peeps and those marshmellow egg things. Im surprised that I have any teeth left from eathing all that as a kid.

nerds and runts are still really good. And I always liked candy cigarettes more than the chocolate ones, and you can still get those, minus the red end, they are called candy sticks.

I always ate anything that didn't eat me first. We would make mayo and jelly sandwhiches, peanut butter an maple syrup sandwiches, butter and corn syrup, basically anything we could get our hands on. I used to love those little wax bottles that had the fruit juice inside. And those rocket suckers!

I once ate a bird poo . . .
I remember ringos (crisps) cheese n onion
and spangles
and the ice creams called "funny feet"
and rainbow sherbert
and cough candy twist
and cola cubes (and pineapple cubes) (and asking for 2 ounces 'cos I only had 10p!)
and mojo chews (4 for 1/2 pence . . .wow!)

LOL I still eat all the junk. I love candy!!!! But I must say tootsie rolls are my ultimate favorites.
