i had klipsch RB-51's but i returned the yesterday And bought RB-61's. so i finally saved up enough money to buy my compnents! i wanted for my audiophile setup(keep in mind im only 17 so im not loaded and can buy the best gear)

Has anyone lost 40 lbs by just walking? Also what type of diet should i follow...how many calories per day? I am 18 yrs old. Have been yo-yo dieting since i came to college and don't really know what a normal meal shoudl consist of. Please be descriptive with a meal plan. Also I haven't been active at all lately. I updated my pc to windows vista and the speakers don't work, not even head phones... it says "no audio output device is installed"

Like recently, there were about 100 people coming to the US on a boat, and at least one body was found on the shore, and they were looking for more. We're going to send them back to their own country. Now if they are trying to leave their country like that...and risk their lives, than stay where they are, then why doesn't someone help their country?

But if we would step in to help them out, we would look like bad guys, sticking our nose into everything.

Why do alot of people(countries) make the USA out to be "bad guys"?
