happiness is a thought you create for yourself, usually by stimuli. Now an incredibly clever individual would give himself stimuli to be happy. But a lot of people would rather be right, or try to seem realistic by ruining their lives, innundating themselves with useless knowledge that makes them think the world is troubled. Happiness is something you must have, but when you give happiness, I'm sure there are other processes that go into that which lift you up higher and higher. Inner happiness is the key to success.

This should be interesting.
Happiness is something you must be to have and people assume you are happy based on what you say or do.
It is like the song:
"I wanna be happy but I won't be happy til I manke you happy too"
only it is because you decide if I am happy.
It is a duality of identification between who I am and who you think I am that intersect whenever you want to know how I am. The moment you make your judgment is the moment I become what you think I am, no more and no less.
I can be happy and yet not be happy til I make you happy too.
If you want to picure this I am a dot in a circle marked happy not the other way around and once you become a dot in the circle then you are happy too and you understand what I am.
Confusing and yet totally logical.
Enjoy.

All three are possible. You can have happiness and share/give it; you can do things that will enable you to have happiness and share it with others.

Happiness can't be owned or act out, one either has it or not, but to acquire one needs to knowing oneself and what one requires for happiness, therefore it can't be given to others but only to oneself.
