People who continue to talk on a cell phone at a checkout lane and hold up the flow of people trying to pay for what they have and leave. Same thing at an ATM machine. One time I and eventually 5 other people were waiting to use the ATM and this guy kept keying in wrongpin # and stalling while answering BS questions and after about 4-5 min we start talking loudly about "Get off the phone,Either hang up or cancel out so we can get our money and leave" ! One fellow evan tapped him on the shoulder and said" Buddy ,you got 30 seconds to finish up or I WILL FINISH UP FOR YOU !! Then the cel phone yakking SOB had the nerve to tell whoever he was talking to that a bunch of rude people were making it impossible to finish up the conference call and he would call back. By now ther were several more there waiting to use the ATM and a police officer who noticed the crowd was starting to block the flow of traffic through the parking lot stepped up. I think he was about to order the guy off the property cause during festival events they collect parking fees for the "Shop with a Cop" at Christmas time. so either he was going to throw him out or keep people from beating up on him

People who can't spell
Ignorant people
People who think they know everything about everything
People that "smack" when they eat
Salespeople who lie to get you to buy.
People who have pets but don't give a crap about them (or even worse actually abuse them)
Bad drivers, erratic drivers, careless or super slow drivers.
People who budge in line, and then turn and say stupid things like "I only have a couple things".
Thats about the some of it, but I'm sure there are more, I just don't want to become someones pet peeve by listing too many. *wink*

I have several pet peeves. People who take their time ordering in drive thru at McDonald's. When I work I cannot stand people taking their time. I get so upset when people are in drive thru and they answer their cell phone and make me wait to take their order. That is so rude. It only takes thirty seconds to order and thirty seconds to give me their money. When I am driving on the free way and I am in the middle line I cannot stand it when other drivers tale gate. If there is no one in the fast line I wish they would pass me. If I had to put on my brakes they would hit me because they would not leave enough stopping distance.

Pet Peeve - intelligent people with an underdeveloped conscience. These b$stards will mess with you more than you can imagine - unless you've dealt with these sorts.
No apologies - but it's even worse in ladies ... sense of entitlement and the right to mess with your life, just for the sport of it.

I hate the sound of Styrofoam. I don't know why it just hurts my ears. And once I got fired because I was in a board room meeting and a coworker that knew I hated Styrofoam was grinding his cup on the table and I threw a coaster at him in the middle of my boss giving a speech.

Asholes in talk in movies and slow azz people who get in the passing lane and make it their personal mission to make sure everyone else drives 5 miles under the speed limit

Moochers. I hate moochers. People who won't work, but want all the benefits of working. I have an acquaintance who is always trying to get into my stuff. Clothes, money, wants to borrow my car, you name it.
Also old folks who think they rule the world because they are old. And I'm old myself, but I'm willing to believe that young folks have a right to live too.

It bugs me when people say "LOL" or "OMG" out loud instead of laughing or saying, "Oh my god!"
I mean, come one, those abbreviations are for typing, not a shortcut to say what you speak! It doesn't even make sense. But I do admit that I have been guilty of this, so I am no exception....

people that are important people, city officials, police officers, and church people-- all of which smile in your face, make them selves to look innocent, good, and godly, then turn around and act like the devil!
I worked in a funeral parlour, my boss the funeral director was so christian when the families came in to make arrangements- but when they would leave she would curse them, and say what trash they were, and she would talk like a drunk sailor, she was slutty, and just gross... but yet when it came time for a funeral, she was ms goody 2 shoes.
I hate fake people!

my name is Nancy. i hate when people call me "Nance"....like they are some kind of family member or close pal. it bothers me when people make up there mind to call you a shortened version of your name without asking what you prefer. yeah, it's stupid, but that's why it is a pet peeve
