Already did, and I will continue to when I say my personal and family prayers. I'm sure there are people there now to help from the Church. I'm sure there will be lots of people praying for these poor people.

What on earth for?
If you are of the religious variety, you would accept that the tornado was of god's doing, that he planned for it to happen and, by the same reasoning, that he planned for the destruction.
Face it, prayer is totally pointless, as there is no-one listening.
Get real? It's easy if you try.

I already did. I just drove through OK City last night so I was shocked when I saw the news in the restaurant discussing it.

Why? Would that imply that God was unaware of what happened? Or that he may change his actions upon hearing prayers?

I will instead feel sorry for their family's loss.
