You know, That is a good question, and Though I am sure that a LOT of black peole love their country, and are very patriotic, I must agree that I havent seen a lot of black people flying The Flag. I do, however see A LOT of Hispanic people flying the flag. We have a flag that we fly appropriatly on the proper days, (I'm white) I'm not trying to start anything here, But your observance seems correct to me. Yes, I agree that black people have been treated badly and unfairly at times in this country, But I try To treat all people respecfully untill they give me reason not too. Just the way I would like them to treat me.

i think it would be kind of odd to see a black man wondering down the street waving a flag. however, i've driven through many "black" neighborhoods in newark and nyc and have seen lots of homes with flags out front and "support our troops" stuff. i also see many blacks with american flags on the back of their cars and trucks.

Let's see how they would feel if they were waving a confederate flag. First they would have to stop picking cotton to do it, then they would get whipped if they didn't do it with enough zeal.
