I signed it 'a friend' because although I am capable of speaking french, I don't know how you would say 'a fan' in french. All those other people wrote Ventilateur because that's what an online translater would give you... it litterally means "A Fan" as in the thing that blows air at you (haha) You really do NOT want to write that!!
You got a lot of answers, you have to choose one. Choose what you want, but do not believe everyone who says they are french!!! (If it means anything I laughed pretty hard when I read un ventilateur-haha!!)
NOTE
as that girl said KL55000 is right, only it is super slang. And I don't know what bises would translate into but I believe kisses. (Bisou is kisses)

the translator altavista.babelfish.whatever isn't very good. it gives you a rough, literal translation of what you're saying that can be misunderstood by a fluent speaker of that language. i tried to use it in a Spanish project, and my teacher made me re-do it because it was bad.
