have ur breakfast @ 7am, proteins for muscles, water also, don't take any fruit except bananas. Have that banana maybe at 11 or 12. The potassium will help through the run, and you'll have some protein to burn. Friuts may cause inflamation in the stomach, and you need all your body focusing on that run. Water is good for you and won't make your stomch too tired like friuts. have them afterwards, to recover all you lost! Gatorade too! good luck and enjoy your run!

Have a piece of toast with a little bit of peanut butter and a piece of fruit.
Or, a small bowl of cereal with milk and a fruit.
Or, an egg, a piece of toast and a fruit.
You should definitely eat lunch as well. Probably just a light lunch--a salad with some protein or something.

Eat protein- it gives you energy. Eggs, cottage cheese, lean meats, etc. You'll probably want lunch at 11:30-12pm
Avoid sugary cereals or too much fruit.
