there this guy named jeff i am going out with him but all he does is work and me and my x-boyfriend is still friends but he still loves me and he is movieing near me and he said that is going to ask me a very importent qustion i know what it is he ended up tell me he is going to ask to marry him i am think of saying yes and going with if because i still love him and jeff is just not trying at all and i dont like that i want someone that well be there for not always about work what should i do about that?

help me what person should it be ken or jeff?

here i thought i was the one that was the depress, loney, and thought noone loved me, but then i found out that my bf was stressed out from everything thats been happening to him buy a renting a new apartments his tickets and the damge on his car his money has been going down, and we have been fighting like crazy, if i would have known this sooner i would have given him time helped him through this how can i take away his stress and help him? And why didn't he tell me this sooner!!?

Ok here goes..I have 3 cats and a dog.I have been using Advantage 55 on all my pets for the past 2 months now.I have also had an exterminator come in about a week ago to spray for the fleas.I vacuum every other day and was the floors.My pets still are scratching,biting,and licking themselves.What other advice can someone give me, I certainly would appreciate it.Thanks in advance for all your replys.

I'm 17 years old, living in Romania(which recently became an EU member, fact that is supposed to make it easier and cheaper for me to study in UK). I'm currently on 11th grade, which means i'm in my 3rd year of highschool, so i still ahve 1 more year to decide where to apply to, but i heard that i would have to fill out forms 1 year before my final exams(which take place at the end of my 4th year) in order to get accepted in an abroad university. i need to know how much would it cost to study there and what are protocols for me to get in? i'm not necessarily asking for links, athough they could turn out to be very useful. i could really use some exact information, since the info available on the internet is overwhealming, can't possibly check every website there is;))
I would be very greatful if you'd take some time and answer my question:)

Meteorologists can accuratly predict the weather for next weekend, why should I believe that they can predict the climate in 50 years? If climate is the overall weather trend, shouldn't we make sure we can measure and predict weather before we go off saying that we know how the climate is going to change?

is he made of atoms - (like carbon) if not is he composed of subatomic particals like electrons, quarks or photons etc. perhaps dark matter or perhaps he exists on a quantum level

I have been kinda seeing a gal , we have alot in common, she's pretty, smart, sweet. Then last night a gal I have been emailing called, she floored me, just her voice, her first hello, took my breathe away, literally.

We talked for an hour, and my heart was racing. Now I have been in alot of relationships over the years, good and bad. But one phone call and I feel like I was/have been struck by lighting. Last time this happened I was 19, now again at 37.

Please help me, I am torn, I have usually gone with my heart instinct through life and it almost always works out for me, my brain , well usually I fall on my face..what should I do?

My girlfriend works at a "salon" i guess you'd call it....

She used to do my hair before i started buzzing it for motorcyle season.

The other day we were at her house and she took a stab at people who don't tip her.

Honestly...i didn't even realize i was supposed to.
Since when do we have to tip people who we're paying $15 for a simple hair cut that takes 15 or 20 minutes to do?

It took all my strength not to say "maybe if it was a better cut, you would have gotten something"
just to get back at her stab at me...but i didn't want to cause trouble.

So.....what's the deal?
should there be a tip?
and how much?
