stop going to the tanning beds! I use to go all the time then i looked at these older people coming out of them looking like leather. I get a nice healthy tan from just being outside for an hour or so every other day plus the sun makes me relax and i spend time with my dogs pr bf

Wear the eye protection given to you properly. If there is none then you should stop tanning. Your looks are probably fine. Certainly not risking your health though.

Those things aren't good for you, and you should have had the protective eye covers on. If you did you may only be getting the ointment in your eyes you are using to dissipate the pain of the sun burn.

stop going would be the first thing and for a couple of days put warm tea bags on your eyes for 10 mins at a time and just relax don't watch extensive tv or play videos games and don't read too much.

That's a sensitive spot! You could try to put some moisturizer on your face. And make sure you're wearing goggles in the bed!

were you wearing protection on your eyes because you eyes are very sensitive and can easily be injured. Just closing your eyes is not enough, most of the radiation still gets through.
