I'm 17 years old, living in Romania(which recently became an EU member, fact that is supposed to make it easier and cheaper for me to study in UK). I'm currently on 11th grade, which means i'm in my 3rd year of highschool, so i still ahve 1 more year to decide where to apply to, but i heard that i would have to fill out forms 1 year before my final exams(which take place at the end of my 4th year) in order to get accepted in an abroad university. i need to know how much would it cost to study there and what are protocols for me to get in? i'm not necessarily asking for links, athough they could turn out to be very useful. i could really use some exact information, since the info available on the internet is overwhealming, can't possibly check every website there is;))
I would be very greatful if you'd take some time and answer my question:)

Contact embassies of the countries you are considering. Either embassies or British Council should have personnel designated to assist people who want to study abroad.

University of Reading in UK and International University of Bremen (Germany) offer scholarships for International Baccalaureate Full Diploma students by the way.

i am currently applying for a phd program to US. To get a visa you require I20 which is issued by the university you are admitted. So, best option would be to see the history of your seniors around, i.e how many of your seniors or people from other schools have been admitted to US univ. This would give the confidence and increase your chances too.
Secondly, go to univ. pages and check which program you want to get admitted and then talk to the professors personally via emails.
Another option is to hire a consultant who would ensure all help(right from interacting with universties till getting I20) of getting your admission to any university of your choice all the best!

Get onto your website and get the addresses of the various Colleges you are interested in (depends on your choice of subjects). Then either write or email them and ask the best way to get yourself enrolled and ask for approximate costs involved.
