Any Lithop lovers out there? I just bought my first two Lithops today at Lowe's...they'll probably die, but such is life, trial and error, etc etc.
If you've got any advice, let me know. I have done quite a bit of reading and joined a lithops yahoo group, but maybe you've got some secret tricks or something?

last night i went out with this girl. we went for a nice meal and some cocktails. after a couple of martini she got a little drunk. and she insisted on going to see my flat. well, i am not an idiot and i know what that means. but i genuinely liked the girl and didn't want to take advantage of her while she's drunk. so we end up just sat down and talked until 6am. then i called her a cab home. i wonder if i did the right thing? i mean, would that make her think i am not interested in her? please i need some girls opinion on this. thanks!
ps: she is leaving the country next week. i understand this whole thing is a bit... unrealistic.

I just donated some blood two days ago and it was my second time. The process went smoothely just as it did my last time until the phlebotomist took the needle out and told me to raise my arm up...
...
That's when it happened, my hand went numb when I raised it, I started getting nauseated and for the rest of the day I felt horrible and could barely eat. I would also get very tired from walking and I just couldn't climb up stairs without wanting to pass out and only wanted to sleep for the rest of the day.
....
I was wondering if it was because I didn't have a proper meal. Or maybe I should've waited longer before donating? I really want to donate again but now my family seems very against me doing anymore...I even want to look into bone marrow donations (if I could, I would donate everyday :D I like needles and the fact that I'm contributing).

I am in high school right now, I like someone, and I am a pretty attractive and popular girl, but I think I have the "un-available" label. Its not that I am unavailable, its that I have never really had a relationship before and I think guys see it as a warning sign to not even ask. idk, thats my guess. They probably figure that I rejected everyone when really no one even asks me out or to do things. I just really want someone to ask me to do something to get closer to someone. So how can I let guys know I am available and want them to ask me out without being slutty and coming on too strong? (I'd really like them to ask me and have them make the first move.) Thanks!

the only thing that seems to work is walking him around, he's had a fevcer for the last 3 days. I put a wash cloth on his head to cool him down but he still gets warm and cries alot. The only thing I can think is his tummie is hurting?
